Little League Baseball: Even Fun in the Rain!

My little league team played last night without regard to the misty drizzle and chill that accompanied it. These intrepid 6-7 year olds were more interested in whether we were going to start keeping score and calling outs (earlier in the seasons we still had the tee and gave them pitches until they got a hit) than worrying they were going to get wet. The Rocky Hill baseball grounds are pretty hard clay, they were slightly moist which cut down on the usual quantity of dust. Knoxville has a ton of great recreation areas for kids of all ages.

We are looking forward to an end-of-season party at the UT Baseball game against Auburn. Our players are excited about getting to run onto the field with the players for fielding practice before the game starts. Go Vols and Go (Bluegrass) Red Sox!

Moving to Knoxville?

About knoxvillerob

I love Knoxville - inside it's housing is where I'm usually found, after all I'm a Realtor and a Landlord. I love to shoot things and people with my camera and I probably like ya.
